What started off as a small butcher shop in 1952 took on a life of its own when Greg Fitzpatrick realised his passion. After extensive travel and research, Greg followed in the footsteps of Europe's leading masters and along the way discovered long forgotten secrets. As a new generation small-good's master , Greg joined a long tradition of craftsmen and is one of the most respected within Australia.

Euromaster Smallgoods and Fine Foods operates under a philosophy beyond the standards of quality of service, product and management. It is one of uniqueness, adaptable to the needs of its clients and continues to be passionate about sharing its craft within the Australian marketplace.
Our unique German, Austrian and Swiss smallgoods have become regular prize-winning favourites, highly acclaimed by our gourmet conscious customers.

 

History

While Euromaster Smallgoods and Fine foods can trace its roots back to a humble butcher shop in 1952; it only found its voice in Greg Fitzpatrick.

Greg travelled across Europe learning from some of the Continent’s finest smallgoods masters, with the long ambition of bringing their unique tradition back to you.
Since winning “Best Smallgoods Exhibitor” at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1998 Ham & Bacon Reserve Champion, Greg continues to view the craft of smallgoods making as an art form; maintaining a rigorous balance of practise and study. In 2013/14 Greg returned to the competition circuit taking home the NSW/ACT Championship as “Best Continental Sausage Maker” and was further voted the best producer of German Bratwurst at the National Sausage King Competition. Always accepting the next challenge- Euromaster won Gold at The Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards for its French Toulouse Sausage all while relocating to its new St Peters’ location.
