Fitzpatrick Supreme Pty Ltd trading as Euro Master Smallgoods & Fine Foods was  established in 1952. We are a second-generation family company that has grown to become the undisputed leader in gourmet smallgoods products.

During the past 52 years Euro Master Smallgoods & Fine Foods have always sought to cater for the gourmet conscious customer with our traditional European products. We have continually developed unique smallgoods that have become prize-winning favourites.

The quality of Euro Master Smallgoods & Fine Foods has been publicly acclaimed by the awarding by the Royal Agricultural Society of the ‘Most Successful Exhibitor’ in 1992, 1993, 1994 and 1995 at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Also in 1995 we were awarded the inaugural Champion Ham and Smallgoods Shield. In 1998 we were acclaimed the Reserve Ham and Bacon Champion at that year’s Easter Show and in 2002 we were crowned NSW Champion Continental Sausage Maker.

In the 2003 to 2004 period we where proclaimed the Regional  pork sausage & traditional beef sausage champions and recently we were awarded seven medals of excellence at the 2004 Royal Easter Show.
