Veal & Garlic Sausages.

  • This fresh veal sausage contains no pork, lamb or poultry. Made from a blend of traditional Swiss spices and is then blended with fresh garlic. Natural casings are used, lamb casings and they are 200mm long and 10pc /kg.

Parisian Sausage chipolata or thick size.

  • Chicken breasts fillets and thigh fillets are blended together with a traditional   French seasoning and freshly chopped parsley to create this delicate sausage. This breakfast sausage can be eaten all day. The larger size sausage is great on a barbeque.

Swiss Frankfurts.

  • This delicately spiced pork frankfurt is made to an old traditional Swiss recipe. That is smoked until they are a golden brown colour, as they do in Switzerland.


Swiss Cervelars.

  • This delicately spiced thick pork frankfurt is made to an old traditional Swiss recipe. That is smoked until they are a golden brown colour, as they do in Switzerland.

German / Swiss Cheese Sausage.

  • German/Swiss recipe using selected veal and pork blended with Swiss cheese and imported spices. They are wood smoked until they are a golden brown.

Black Pudding.

  • They said you could not buy traditional black puddings until we made them. The old recipe is back only at Euro Master. Serve them boiled or fried.


Chicken Fillet & Rocket Sausage.

  • Coarsely chopped fresh chicken fillet are delicately seasoned and blended with fresh rocket and filled into lamb casings, 12pc/kg.

Pork and Fennel Sausages.

  • Coarsely minced pork is blended with local and imported spices and fennel seeds and filled into lamb casings.

Veal & Chives.

  • This coarsely minced continental style sausage is blended with delicate spices and fresh chives. 18pc/kg.
